5 Talbot Grove, McCrae is a subdivision and new double-storey dwelling designed for a compact coastal site. The project combines a sharp, modern architectural language with a restrained material palette of grey render, metal-framed windows, and timber-look batten panels. An upper-level front balcony captures views toward Rosebud Beach, while the internal layout focuses on open living spaces, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and passive design strategies to improve comfort and efficiency
